The children are prepared for the First Sacraments of First Reconciliation and Communion in the parish by two
catechists. Those eligible must be seven years old and in Year 3.

The program is led by the catechists and follows the‘I Belong’ book which the parents are expected to complete with their children, while the classes cover and extend on the topics in the book, through drama, video, art and reflection.

Parents are invited to enrol their children in the bulletin and must fill in a application form which can be obtained
from the priest.
