Connecting with parish life or with our Diocese can be more difficult when one is living with disability, housebound because of illness, or when one is a carer or parent of someone who lives with disability or special needs. Living with a disability could mean having a physical, learning or sensory disability, autism, dementia, a mental health condition, or other difficulty. Every parish is our ‘first home’ and the place where we should feel welcomed and that we belong! Please speak to your priest or email
disabilityhelp@dioceseofleeds.org.uk - we can help you connect with someone in our Diocese, or in your local parish community, who may be able to help or advise you. With your permission, we can ask them to contact you directly.

Invitation for names of baptized children in Year 3 and above from September. This sacrament is required for admission into the Holy Communion (Yr 4+) and Confirmation (Yr 6+) programmes
This week we have given £144.45 to Christian plus £285.60 raised by Angela’s Garden Party. Thank you for all support great and small

The Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven: Next Weekend 15th and 16th August There will be prayer in the Marian Garden just before Mass, followed by a procession into Mass. Arrive in good time, grab a hymn book, and head outside. In the event of inclement weather – eg snow – we shall start in the hall. Please bring your rosary beads and your chosen decade. (Rosary beads and Decade Rings now on sale on our Piety Stall). This is an important devotion for our children and teens.
